All the contestants are working hard on learning their dance number, memorizing
their speeches, collecting advertising, and getting to know each other.
When you see the girls through out Valley Center make sure you talk to them
and ask them about the pageant. Kristina Joor, Miss Valley Center 2009 and
Morgan Boberg Junior Miss Valley Center 2009 have been answering all of
their questions about what to expect. As you can see from the picture they
are all are excited to be involved in this year’s pageant. Carol Johnson
is the pageant photographer and Laila Schechter is the dance choreographer.
The Junior Miss Contestants are Brittney Usher, Vivanna Alvarez, Laura Dangel,
and Larisa Lucero. The Miss contestants are Allyson Crouthamel, Maria Macovichuk,
Briana Delessio, Kaitlin Gates, Kelsey Schwarz, and Darcy Gray.
The Miss Valley Center Pageant is March 20, 2010 at the Maxine Theater.
Tickets for the pageant will go on sale February 1st. The cost is $10.00
in advance and $15.00 at the door the night of the pageant. The contestants
will have tickets to sell.
The pageant includes opportunities for personal growth, scholarship funds, many prizes and experiences that last a lifetime. Kristina Joor, Miss Valley Center 2009 and Morgan Boberg Junior Miss Valley Center 2009 have spent their reign attending many high profile community and charitable events throughout San Diego.
The Miss Valley Center Pageant is produced by the Valley Center Pageant
Association, a non-profit organization, committed to providing opportunities
for the education and personal growth for young women in Valley Center.
